Prinxer Testing Inspection and Maintenance (PTIM) Division:

This division provide Non- destructive and destructive test on the equipment as the case may be and also conduct preventive and periodic maintenance of the equipment. This is usually performed on all equipment as part of our safety standard.

Drilling and completions consultancy:

Our engineers are capable of providing good services to help oilfield in the preparation and execution of their wells. This cover consultancy on well design, drilling and final completion of the well.

Slip Assy

When it comes to slips, we have you covered for running all of your tubing, drill pipe, wash pipe and casing. The Slip Assy is designed with a single liner per segment and a liner keeper assembly with bolt and washer.

All the inserts are placed in their segments before delivery.

Bowl Spider

Our 3-1/2” Tubing Spider and Slip assembly can handle tubing sizes 3/4” through 3-1/2” OD.
Rated for 100 ton capacity.

Our 4” Spider and Slip uses the 4-1/2 DU Rotary Slip insert and has a range of 1” through 4-1/2” OD.
Rated for 100 ton capacity.

Mule Shoes

A short length of tubing coupled to the bottom of a drill string to wash and clean out sand or mud from a borehole, the washing action being aided by cutting off the bottom end of the tubing at an angle of 45 degrees to its longitudinal axis. Also called mud socket.

Perforated Joints

Perforated Pup Joint may be incorporated in the completion string for the purpose of bypass flow if bottom hole pressure and temperature gauges are used for reservoir monitoring. The design criteria for a perforated joint is that the total cross-sectional area of the holes should be at least equivalent to the cross sectional area corresponding to internal diameter of the tubing.

In wells flowing large volumes, a restriction in the tubing such as a gauge hanger, could cause false pressure readings. Vibrations due to flow could also cause extensive damage to delicate gauges, therefore, a perforated pup joint (approx. 10ft length) set above the bomb hanger nipple would allow flow to pass unrestricted over the gauges and hanger, thus, giving a more accurate pressure/temperature recording within the limitations of the gauge. The Perforated Pup Joints are available with standard or special spacing. Optional patterns, hole size and lengths are available upon request.

Calibration Services

CALIBRATION SERVICES With Prinxer, precision measurement is at its best so you can be at yours. As such, we source from the finest in the business to get the appropriate unit to perform all the calibration activities you require.

The calibration unit is designed for calibrating pressure gauges, pressure transmitters and recorders. The calibration of pressure transducers can be performed fully automatically according to the international standard. The pressure is generated automatically by a servo driven spindle pump.

The calibration of test objects, such as a mechanical pressure gauge is not fully automated, a human interaction is necessary to read out the DUT, (Devise under Test).
