Packers
In respect of potential damage that can be caused to the production casing, a method of annulus isolation is required in the majority of production and injection wells. This annular isolation is performed by installing a packer in the completion string that is lowered into the wellbore with an elastomeric element in the retracted position. At the prescribed depth, the element is set by mechanical or hydraulic manipulation, to fill the annular space between the tubing and the annulus. Chemical Injection Mandrel
Our chemical injection mandrels provide the ability to inject chemicals in applications beyond the pressure, temperature, and tensile-load resistance restrictions of conventional products.
Mule Shoes
A short length of tubing coupled to the bottom of a drill string to wash and clean out sand or mud from a borehole, the washing action being aided by cutting off the bottom end of the tubing at an angle of 45 degrees to its longitudinal axis. Also called mud socket.
Sliding Sleeves
Standard component for the completion of an oil or gas well. Their main uses are to shut off flow from one or more reservoir zones or to regulate pressure between zones.
When production is desired from an upper zone while blanking off the lower zone, a sliding sleeve with a nipple profile above and a polished sub below is installed in the tubing string opposite the upper zone. Packers are used to isolate the zones.

The state-of-the-art Annular Production Control Valve (APCV-III™) is a three-position sliding sleeve mounted in the production tubing, controlling communication between the annulus and the tubing. Working in conjunction with PetroQuip’s PASS Tool, the APCV-III shifts hydraulically, then converts into a standard two-position mechanical sliding sleeve.
Nipples
This device is used for installation of flow control systems in the Oil and Gas wells. We have also (Land Nipples) a locating device that accepts plugs, locks and other wireline tools. A full range of landing nipples compatible with Otis and Baker profiles.
